We've used Grails on top of Tomcat to build this site. Grails is a web framework for maximized productivity. Like "Ruby on Rails" but leveraging the power of Groovy. Grails is based on a number of solid Java Technologies like: Hibernate, Spring, log4j, sitemesh.
